The nurse examines herself: She places her own urine to the glass and recycles it. While she recognizes her own body as a biological lab, she throws out and fosters again reformatting her essence (substance), through a continual process of filtering. Showing a sexually primitive action, through a turnover, she repeatedly returns to the remains of a previous situation.
